Hourly & On-Site Charges
Business Website Solutions

Network installations are guaranteed for 30 days from start date. Any hardware or software defects that occur during the installation will be remedied by Technical Solutions I, Inc. based on manufacturers warranty. After 30 days any ongoing maintenance and repair will be billed as follows:

Standard consulting rate:
This rate applies to all research, analysis, and technical advice not part of a contract.
$125/hour

Standard development rate:
This rate applies to all types of development work including: analysis, Web site design, database and server side scripting, setup of web hosting account (hosting service will be charged separately), computer network design and deployment.
$125/hour

Standard support rate:
This rate applies to all system support that is a single incident without a contract. Includes on-site problem diagnosis, and resolution of all voice, data, and video networks. Network hardware, software installation, configuration, upgrades, virus removal, computer cleaning, and web site maintenance. We support Microsoft Windows & Macintosh products.
$125/hour

Time Blocks
A Block of Time is available to all our customers at a discounted rate. A Block of Time is sold in 10-hour increments. You get up to a 20% discount off of our average hourly rate if you buy one or more blocks. This lowers the hourly rate to $100 per hour or a savings of $25 per hour. One Block Of Time Costs $1000.

Hours bought on the Block of Time plan can also be used to cover URGENT (4-hour response time) or mission-critical EMERGENCY (2-hour response time) support calls, along with Standard non-critical calls. Hours will be deducted from the Block of Time in relation to the response-time requested: Urgent responses are billed at time-and-a-half rates; Emergency responses are billed at double-time. Customers are not charged at the higher rate if the response-time is quicker than requested.

Hourly rates pricing applies to normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Activities before 9:00 AM and after 6:00 PM, weekdays, will be billed at 1.5 hours per worked. Work performed on Saturday will at double time, work performed on Sunday & Holidays will be billed at triple time. Each on-site service call will be assessed time for trip charge (25% or 50% of standard rate depends of your location).

10 hr. block of support - $1000
TS1, Inc. utilizes signed contracts to insure mutual understanding and confidence. TS1, Inc. will round its billings up to the nearest fifteen minute interval. For system support on a call-out basis the invoice is due immediately after we finish the work.

Standard 6\ 12\ 18 Month Agreements
TS1, Inc. will provide service monitoring, system restoration, software\hardware updates, and data backups for all components associated with the customer’s voice, data, and video network. TS1, Inc. will provide a certified technician to spend a specified number of hour’s per\month (Determined by your support option) on-site at its customer’s location to resolve whatever technical issues related to network administration, preventive maintenance, and general workstation support.

Standard 6 Month \ 10 hr. Support $1000 month
Client will receive up to 10 hours of technical support per/month from the date this agreement is signed. Technical Solutions, Inc will resolve all technical issues involving hardware and\or software configurations related to the voice, data, and video components of the clients converged network. Client must allow an 8hr. response time on all support calls. All support call that exceed 10 hours will be billed at $125 per/hr.

Standard 12 Month Support $1500 per/month
Client will receive up to 15 hours of technical support per/month from the date this agreement is signed. Technical Solutions, Inc will resolve all technical issues involving hardware and\or software configurations related to the voice, data, and video components of the clients converged network. Client must allow a 2hr. response time on all support calls. All support call that exceed 15 hours will be billed at $125 per/hr. The support will begin on the date that this agreement is
signed.

Standard 18 Month Support $2500 per/month
Client will receive up to 25 hours of technical support per/month from the date this agreement is signed. Technical Solutions, Inc will resolve all technical issues involving hardware and\or software configurations related to the voice, data, and video components of the clients converged network. Client must allow a 2hr. response time on all support calls. All support call that exceed 15 hours will be billed at $125 per/hr. The support will begin on the date that this agreement is signed.

After purchasing any of the support options listed above, you will receive a username and password for our customer support web-page. This allows you to check time used, time remaining, and a detailed description of your network configuration, its status, and all service requests completed.
